Pricing & Policies
We provide Good faith estimates! This means you will NEVER be overcharged, or surprised by unexpected charges or fees. You will be given clearly itemized estimate for services based on clinical recommendations. You will NEVER be charged for something without your consent.

All services are subject to full price forfeiture on confirmed/scheduled sessions. You must provide 48 hour notice for appointments Tuesday - Friday and 72 hours notice for Monday appointments.

At this time we do not take insurance nor will we contact, negotiate or provide superbills to your insurance. However, you are free to submit to your insurance company for out of network coverage or any health savings account.

Credit card and contact information must be kept on file for no shows and ease of billing.
Intake forms must be completed at least 24 hours prior to initial consultation or initial session.
